Shipping & Returns

Processing time
We prepare and ship orders from our farm in Rosenberg, TX, typically within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
We charge a flat rate of $12.99 per order for shipping within the United States. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Where we ship
- Nationwide (U.S.): pecan wood products (pellets, chips, shells) and whole in-shell pecans.
- Texas only: our other pecan foods (cracked, shelled, and candied pecans), in keeping with Texas cottage food law.
If a food item is ordered for delivery outside Texas, we are unable to fulfill it. We will automatically refund the order in full and email you. If your order also contains nationwide items, contact us and we’ll help arrange those separately.
Local pickup
Choose local pickup at checkout to skip shipping costs. We’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time in Rosenberg, TX.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns
For food safety reasons, our edible pecan products cannot be returned once delivered, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect order as described above. Unopened, unused pecan wood products may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
